Welcome to Emerald Obedience & Protection. By enrolling your dog in our training programs, purchasing our services, or using any products we provide, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read carefully before proceeding.

1. Non-Refundable Policy

All training services, lessons, and products purchased from Emerald Obedience & Protection are non-refundable under any circumstances, except in the event that:

  1. The trainer is unable to complete the scheduled training program due to unforeseen circumstances, and
  2. No alternative arrangement or rescheduling can be provided.

If the trainer must cancel services and cannot reschedule, a prorated refund will be issued for the remaining sessions not completed.

2. Owner Responsibility for Training Continuation

Dog training requires consistent practice and reinforcement beyond our sessions. While Emerald Obedience & Protection provides professional training, the long-term success of your dog’s training relies on your continued effort at home.

  • It is the dog owner’s sole responsibility to continue practicing and maintaining the commands, boundaries, and training methods taught during our program.
  • Failure to reinforce training at home may result in regression or behavioral issues, for which Emerald Obedience & Protection is not liable.
  • Training success depends on the owner’s commitment, consistency, and follow-through with all instructions provided.

3. Training Disclaimer

  • Dog behavior is influenced by multiple factors including genetics, environment, and owner involvement.
  • While we strive to provide effective training solutions, we do not guarantee that a dog will achieve perfect obedience or retain training without ongoing reinforcement by the owner.
  • Aggressive or reactive behavior may require extended management, and results can vary by dog.

4. Scheduling and Attendance

  • Missed sessions without 24-hour notice may result in the session being forfeited.
  • Rescheduling is allowed at the trainer’s discretion and subject to availability.
  • Consistency is key to training success; frequent cancellations may delay progress.

5. Liability Waiver

By participating in our training programs, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • You are responsible for your dog’s behavior at all times.
  • Emerald Obedience & Protection and its trainers are not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses caused by your dog during or after training.
  • You assume full responsibility for implementing and maintaining your dog’s training plan.

6. Agreement

By signing up for services or purchasing products, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Service.
