Refund policy

Non-Refundable Policy

All training services, lessons, and products purchased from Emerald Obedience & Protection are non-refundable under any circumstances, except in the event that:

1. The trainer is unable to complete the scheduled training program due to unforeseen circumstances, and
2. No alternative arrangement or rescheduling can be provided.

If the trainer must cancel services and cannot reschedule, a prorated refund will be issued for the remaining sessions not completed. Outside of these circumstances, no refunds will be given, all packages are final sale.

By purchasing a package with Emerald Obedience you are acknowledging and agreeing to these terms that no refunds will be given.
